Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging
- With all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

We’ll send you the return address and detailed return instructions by email.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different model or variation), please return the original item and place a new order.
In certain cases, we may offer a one-time free exchange. Please contact us to confirm.
Order Cancellations
Since our fulfillment process is automated, cancellations are generally not possible once an order has been placed.
However, in some cases, we may be able to adjust your address or product details shortly after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at mysimplyhomeco@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Hygiene-related items (e.g., cleaning brushes, towels, or food-related accessories once opened)
- Perishable, flammable, or hazardous goods
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you reside in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
Returned items must still meet the Return Conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval by email.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
